Meyer, Murkowski, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Stevens, and Whitaker, entitled:                                
                                                                                                    
    "An Act establishing an account in the general fund for smoking                                 
    education and cessation funds; relating to the Alaska tobacco use                               
    education and cessation trust; repealing a provision of law relating                            
    to funds used for smoking education and cessation programs; and
